- Express Shipping: Orders are processed and dispatched the next working day
Once an order is placed, it typically takes 1-2 working days to prepare your package for shipping.

Our domestic Australian shipping rates are based on order weight:
- Orders under 250g: $99.00 AUD (Sample shipping)
- Orders 250g - 1kg: $12.99 AUD (Standard shipping with tracking)
- Orders over 1kg: FREE shipping with tracking
- Express shipping: $24.99 AUD (available for orders 250g and above)
International Shipping
Rest of World:
- Orders under 250g: $99.99 AUD (Sample shipping)
- Orders 250g - 1kg: $44.99 AUD (Express shipping)
- Orders over 1kg: FREE shipping with tracking
USA (includes tariffs):
- Orders under 250g: Contact us for rates
- Orders 250g - 1kg: $49.99 AUD (Standard) or $64.99 AUD (Express)
- Orders over 1kg: $399.00 AUD
All orders include tracking.
Delivery Partners
We partner with reliable courier services including Australia Post, Sendle, and DHL to ensure timely delivery. Shipping times depend on our courier partners' schedules and your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

From time to time, you may place an order between harvests and your order may be delayed. We will do our best to keep you updated, but orders are subject to the availability of wildly sourced coffee.
