Welcome to The Poop Coffee Subscription Program. By purchasing a subscription from The Poop Coffee, you agree to the following Subscription Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to provide clarity regarding your subscription, billing obligations, deliveries, cancellations, and related matters.
Please read these terms carefully before subscribing.
1. Subscription Overview
The Poop Coffee offers subscription plans that provide customers with recurring deliveries of our premium wild-harvested Indonesian Luwak coffee.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive coffee deliveries according to the subscription plan selected at checkout and to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
To purchase a subscription, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
- Provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Subscription Terms
Available subscription durations may include, but are not limited to:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Three-month subscriptions
- Six-month subscriptions
- Twelve-month subscriptions
The specific subscription term selected at checkout constitutes a fixed contractual commitment for the duration purchased.
4. Prepaid Subscription Plans
All subscription plans are prepaid for the entire selected subscription term.
By completing your purchase, you agree to pay the full subscription amount applicable to the term selected.
Your subscription purchase represents a commitment to receive deliveries throughout the entire subscription period.
5. Delivery Schedule
Coffee deliveries will be shipped according to the schedule associated with your selected subscription plan.
Delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Public holidays
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
While we strive to deliver on time, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
6. Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
While we do our best to get your coffee to you, The Poop Coffee is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Incomplete delivery information
- Failure to collect shipments
- Refused deliveries
Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.
7. Subscription Modifications
Where operationally feasible, subscribers may request changes to:
- Shipping address
- Delivery frequency (if applicable)
- Product selection (if available)
Modification requests must be submitted before the processing date of the next shipment.
The Poop Coffee reserves the right to approve or decline modification requests at its discretion.
8. Cancellation Policy
Fixed-Term Subscription Commitment
Subscription plans are purchased for a fixed term and are not cancellable without financial obligation.
If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the selected subscription term:
- You remain liable for the full payment of the entire subscription term.
- No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be provided for unused deliveries.
- Any outstanding subscription balance remains payable in full.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and accept this fixed-term commitment.
9. Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable consumer protection laws, subscription payments are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Early cancellation
- Change of mind
- Unused subscription deliveries
- Failure to consume delivered products
- Temporary absence or travel
No refunds will be provided for any remaining portion of a subscription term following cancellation.
10. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect shipping details
- Refusal of delivery
- Failure to collect a parcel
- Unavailability at delivery location
The shipment may be considered fulfilled and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Replacement shipments may be offered at the customer's expense.
11. Product Availability
In rare circumstances, certain products may become unavailable.
Where this occurs, The Poop Coffee may:
- Substitute a product of equal or greater value;
- Delay shipment until stock becomes available; or
- Offer an alternative solution at our discretion.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.
12. Pricing
Subscription pricing is displayed at checkout and is subject to change for future subscription offerings.
Price changes will not affect subscriptions already purchased and prepaid unless otherwise required by law.
13. Customer Responsibilities
Subscribers agree to:
- Maintain accurate account information;
- Ensure delivery details remain current;
- Review subscription communications;
- Comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to do so may affect service quality and delivery success.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Poop Coffee shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses;
- Loss of profits or business opportunities;
- Delivery delays beyond our reasonable control;
- Events caused by third-party shipping providers;
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected subscription.
15. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
Where statutory guarantees apply, those rights remain unaffected.
16. Changes to These Terms
The Poop Coffee reserves the right to update or modify these Subscription Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Continued participation in the subscription program following publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
