Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your coffee. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Change of mind: We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on perishable food items (coffee). This complies with Australian Consumer Law for perishable goods.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged, incorrectly packed, or the product is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thepoopcoffee.com with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Quality issues: Our kopi luwak is specialty-grade (SCA-scored). If the coffee does not meet the standard described on the product page, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Policy

Domestic (Australia)

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100

International

  • Shipping to select countries via Australia Post International
  • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days)
  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

Order processing: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. All products are food items sold for personal consumption. Descriptions of taste, aroma, and quality are based on SCA cupping scores and are indicative, not guaranteed.
  2. Product images are representative. Actual packaging may vary slightly.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud).
  4. Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
  5. Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  6. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
