Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your coffee. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Change of mind: We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on perishable food items (coffee). This complies with Australian Consumer Law for perishable goods.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged, incorrectly packed, or the product is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thepoopcoffee.com with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Quality issues: Our kopi luwak is specialty-grade (SCA-scored). If the coffee does not meet the standard described on the product page, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Domestic (Australia)
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100
International
- Shipping to select countries via Australia Post International
- Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days)
- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
Order processing: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

- All products are food items sold for personal consumption. Descriptions of taste, aroma, and quality are based on SCA cupping scores and are indicative, not guaranteed.
- Product images are representative. Actual packaging may vary slightly.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud).
- Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
- Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
