REFUND POLICY

Return Period

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, coffee products must be:

  • Unopened and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging with all seals intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened coffee products
  • Coffee beans that have been ground after purchase
  • Perishable goods

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  1. Send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item
  2. Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  3. Process approved refunds to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

Change of Mind Returns

Refunds for "change of mind" are at our discretion and not automatically granted, particularly when products meet all quality standards, were accurately described, and are fit for purpose.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive coffee products that are defective, damaged, or not as described:

  • Contact us through our website contact form within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide photographs of the damaged/defective products where possible
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law

Sale Items

Regular priced items may be refunded according to this policy. Sale items may have different return conditions, which will be specified at the time of purchase.

How to Return Your Product

  1. Use our website contact form to notify us of your return
  2. You will receive return shipping instructions after your return request is approved
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or faulty products
